This week there were more genius hour presentations. I was really interested in Will’s and Riley’s blog. I like food and cities are pretty cool. I think next time will does that project he should do larger scaled buildings. I thought Riley’s resturant thing was good and her menu was pretty cool. Everyone’s genius hour was pretty enjoyable. It was a fun time. 👊💥💦💨❗️

This week was more presentstions. But this week we did our genius hour presentations. For mine I had to record a video at home. I presented my genius hour on Wednesday. My genius hour was about Roman Towns in minecraft. I had lots of fun making and researching my project. I had a whole bunch of info a along with my roman town. A bunch of people did not have their genius hour ready but As bunch did have theirs ready.

This week we did our 6 degrees of separation projects. For my project I connected Albert Einstein to Curling. I enjoyed watching other peoples’ projects. I think my presentation went well. It was fun and I had the coolest gifs around. Jake’s gifs cannot compare. My favorite presentation was probably my own. I had a good time making the project so it was fun to present it. The only thing is, before the presentation I was always scared that I would forget my notes at home or something. But I was fine and presented and hopefully got a good score as well.

This week we worked on our six degrees of separation. We worked on that all week considering we are not in word masters. The reason for this is because no one wanted to. In my project I got from Albert Einstein the the boring, in my opinion, sport curling. I have finished my amazing presentation. My presentation has many amazing gifs including a MOVING Albert Einstein. I also got a gif of a Six bouncing and making a whole bunch of particle effects. Then I have some looney toons gifs at the end. I have all of my links and I got to many interesting things through Albert. I got to the beetles withing 2 links. I got to the Winter Olympic before Curling.

This week I did more work on my genius hour using mc edit to create a large mountain for an aqueduct to flow into my city. I had the advice of will and jake although I advised they should do their work instead. I also got some work done on my six degrees of separation, although I Did not find that work as fun as the genius hour time. I basically just got more research on my topics so I’d have at least 5 or more facts each. I will most likely add more. I think I will be ready to present by the deadline.

This week we worked on our Six degrees of separation and our Genius hour. In Genius hour I worked on building models. I plan on using the building models in my newest Rome creation at home with World Edit. I also made a giant tree house for Will because he wanted to make fun of James. He called James “Jamez the Tarzanian Fortune Cookie”. I think it was pretty “rudecist” as in rude and racist. I built him the tree house but I do not think will should call James that name. “Edit: It’s not that funny anymore. -Will”

On my Six Degrees of Separation I got a few more links and a few more facts on each link. My favorite link was the Beatles. I had to link it to a failed concert they had. This six degrees of separation thing is fun.

This whole entire week was simply us doing our knowledge bowl tests. Again we had a Will breakdown which was just too funny but we made it through the whole entire test and I sit and wait in suspense as to whether we will get in the the regional thingy mabob. The questions were pretty wierd and they included the a lot of random questions. Some of which I knew because I had actually known the random trivial knowledge. I don’t know what we will be doing next week but I think we will be finding out whether or not we got into the regional thingy mabob.

Can’t wait 😀

This week we basically had a work week, we first worked on our Genius hour projects and then on our projects. In this week we also learned of the knowledge bowl. I was hesitant to do it but I decided to anyway because Mrs. Belden said it was easy. So I am paired up with Savanna, Lizzy, and Will. We also did the practice test to see what the real test was like and Will had some sort of a breakdown.

The practice test was pretty crazy but we did ok. This week may have been simple but I got lots of work done on my projects. I don’t know if we will do good enough on the actual test to get into the big regional thingy whatever mabob but I hope we will.

This week I was gone for one ELP period because I had an orthodontist appointment. But on the day that I actually had an ELP period I got to choose which of the 3 projects I wished to do. I chose to do the project that everyone else did. Which was the 6 degrees of separation, if I remember correctly. In this project you have to have a main Idea and then make it link into other main ideas. I’m going to start mine with Albert Einstein. This week I got a little research done on Albert but not any links yet.

I would have another paragraph for the other period but instead, when I was at the orthodontist I had to get new wires and such and my little bro was too whiny to actually get his thing done to his teeth so he got in trouble and we went home.

This week we did more conversation about our conversations with our teachers. However I was planning to do my conversation with Will and Chewy on Thursday after school but apparently they changed the time to the morning instead of after school without telling me. Which I must say I was dolphinantly annoyed about. I was annoyed because that meant that I missed the due date and I would have to wait until after spring break. I still think I will do well on this assignment anyway though. Since I didn’t get my conversation in I can’t really write much more.
